It’s that time of year again. The first quarter of the year which is full of new health and fitness resolutions. Recently I’ve made an effort to force myself back into my normal routine as it’s safe to say I overindulged over the cold winter months.
I kicked off this year with a bit of a smoothie addiction and thought I’d share with you one of my favourite smoothie recipes. The recipe is great as it is but I also love turning it into a smoothie bowl. Making it the perfect filling breakfast and a little bit more interesting.
